General Information
On October 19, 2009, Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd. and seventeen (17) affiliated companies (collectively, the "Debtors") filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' cases have been assigned to Judge Brendan Linehan Shannon. These cases are being jointly administered for procedural purposes, meaning that all pleadings filed in these cases will be reflected on case docket No. 09-13562 (the "Main Case Docket").
